Dr. Swati Agarwal completed her BA in Psychology and then went on to pursue her Masters in Clinical Psychology from SNDT University, Mumbai. During this period she interned at various established psychological centres becoming proficient in psychometric assessments and interventions for mental health problems in children and adults. Her Doctoral degree in Psychology obtained from the University of Hyderabad was on the contributions of resilience towards children’s health. During her doctorate she was awarded the prestigious National fellowship from Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR). She has numerous publications in international and national journals.
Swati was an Assistant Professor at the Dept. of Psychology, St. Francis College for Women where she taught post graduate students and supervised research projects of over 40 students. She has been invited as a speaker by IIT Hyderabad on multiple occasions. She has worked with the Govt. of Telangana in various capacities such as a behavioural expert on interview panels, trainer for teachers in induction and capacity building programs, consultant for addressing psychological issues in residential schools, etc.
She was also the Wellbeing Manager at Genpact India, developing and overseeing wellbeing initiatives for over 1500 employees across two sites. Swati is also the founder partner of Gargi Knowledge Solutions, a career guidance and educational research consultancy. A Govt. of India recognized start up, Gargi Knowledge Solutions, has impacted the lives of over 4000 youngsters helping them realize their career potential.
Dr. Neha Agarwal has obtained her Undergraduate degree in BA from St. Francis Degree college, Begumpet. She completed her Master’s in public administration from Osmania University in which she was the university topper. She was awarded a gold medal for her post graduate diploma in business management. She has also been awarded the prestigious national fellowship by UGC for her Ph.D. Her doctoral research work is in the area of participatory development focusing on management of lakes and People’s Participation in Hyderabad.
Dr. Neha Agarwal has held faculty positions at various universities (both government and private) teaching papers in public administration, public policy and political science. She has worked in established universities such as Osmania University, BR Ambedkar Open University and emerging private universities working in niche areas such as Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University, Gandhinagar and University of Petroleum and Energy studies, Dehradun.
