With over 20 years of experience in the education sector, I have had the privilege of shaping the careers of more than 5,000 students. Holding a B.E., M.E., Ph.D., and an MBA in Human Resource Management – all with meritorious academic performance – I bring a unique blend of technical expertise, research acumen, and people management skills to my counselling practice.  Currently serving as Dean – Training and Placement, I work at the intersection of academia and industry, guiding students towards career paths that align with their skills, passions, and market needs. Over the years, I have built strong networks with recruiters, industry leaders, and educational institutions, enabling me to provide real-world perspectives to my clients.
